I have had nothing but great service from your surgery. Even when problems have aarisen I've been able to get it solved with a single phonecall and the staff have been helpful and informative. I think it's one of the best surgeries in the Blackpool area and am very happy to be a member of the practice Yours thankfully Samantha Wagstaff

My prescription is often late. Its in with the doctor still when it should be at the pharmacy! This problem seems to have been solved as it was at the pharmacy in plenty of time this week. Therefore I didn't have to phone and ask where it was or how long it would take. As I struggle walking it was a problem going to the chemist and being to it wasn't there, even in the afternoon so having to walk back later in the day to pick it up. Like I said it seems to have been resolved and I have no issues whatsoever Samantha Wagstaff
