Firstly, I called in 20/07:20 regarding a serious HRT issue. The receptionist was abrupt and said there was nothing she could do. She said I should call at 8am the following day. I repeatedly asked her to get an urgent message across to the GP which she then agreed to do. On 21/07/20, I called 31 times from 8.00am to 8.14am before getting through. An automated system advised I was caller number 30 in the queue.
Secondly, I had a dexa scan 7 months ago. I have repeatedly requested a copy of the results to no avail. I have still not received the report.
Thirdly, it took over a year to get an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon for a foot problem which was only a telephonic consultation.
This speaks volumes about the quality of service. I am going to look for another surgery and register with them.

Cannot get an appointment with my GP for days
Staff at reception is unprofessional and dismissive
No one answers the phone and we are kept on hold with a voice message saying we are in a Q of above 30 ppl .minutes after once visited the surgery the receptionist is doing nothing and just sitting. So no way to contact the surgery. Below average Surgery , tremendous risk to health and putting the health of patients at risk due to unrealistic practices. Very unhappy and sad to have this surgery where i live, NHS should replace the management in this surgery to address this issues. The surgery is very badly managed.

Started off extremely well under management from DMC but is slowly getting more difficult to get an appointment. Not being able to make a future appointment by phone is a bit disappointing. Other than that Dr Myo and Dr Edwards are very good.

Doctor Myo very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this surgery, as being much improved since run by DMC. I only hope the good work is maintained.

Nurse and Doctors seem OK and friendly but reception very miserable and needs a more welcoming approach.
