I had an appointment with Dr Rogers today she is a lovely Doctor & my complaint is not with her but with the reception staff & their lack of empathy. I was advised by Dr Rogers to book an appointment at reception for a procedure & I was told for ASAP as it is urgent. I tried to explain this to Tania on reception but I don’t feel my unique situation has been taken into account. I had to wait 10 days for an appointment with the doctor & now a further 2 weeks just for a telephone consultation with the Dr who will carry out the procedure then I will have to wait for another appointment to have the procedure done. All this time it is taking I am left in pain. All in all I’m not happy with the service or the waiting times & the complete lack of understanding from the staff.
