Appointments. Not good at all that is if you can get one. Not the receptionists fault. If your are lucky to get an appointment. You do not see the same GP twice. Do not want to talk to anyone on the phone.

If the staff were more attentive and actually kept on record what you saw them for- 4 times I have been to see a doctor and have had to come back due to the reason I was there not being recorded correctly. I work in healthcare and know it is of the upmost important to actually record your patients info.

I saw Liz very kind and understanding although my appt was 8.30 am. Emergency held up worried as next door neighbour (Helen Pearce on Helen Welcombe) had bought me down for 8.30 am. Stayed with me and brought me home.
