The care was good once you got there, but it's really bad trying to get an appointment if you phone up at 8 am by the time they answer the phone, all appointments have gone after trying 30 times in the morning.

If the staff were more attentive and actually kept on record what you saw them for- 4 times I have been to see a doctor and have had to come back due to the reason I was there not being recorded correctly. I work in healthcare and know it is of the upmost important to actually record your patients info.
