Awful! I had to wait 2 weeks for a telephone routine review to then have a rude doctor on the phone. Judging me from the start of the call. Was rude and completely abilterated my mental health more! Don't get me wrong the women doctor I had before was lovely But he was arrogant. I shouldn't have to feel the way I do after the conversation so horrible. At least if someone's going to ring me up about my mental health meds make sure they know about mental health first instead of Judging and not even asking me why I hadn't took my meditation...

Put a doctor on the phone that actually understood mental health.

Staff are professional, polite and efficient. The phone is answered very quickly. You can always get an appointment. The Drs are great and are very helpful and considerate. So glad I moved to this practice from a nearby one where the staff were rude and not helpful at all. Thank you St Johns.
