The receptionists are always very kind and helpful, can’t praise Dr Howerda enough, she is so approachable and never feel rushed! She has a lot of knowledge on the menopause, which has been a godsend to me!
Needed an urgent epipen prescription for a child which then could not be filled by our chosen pharmacy. Receptionist Dawn and GP Dr. Rienecke were extremely helpful with prompt action to ensure we could obtain this elsewhere.
Excellent, prompt and courteous service and a well deserved shout out! Thankyou!
I left behind a terrible GP in Devon, where I was gaslighted, made to feel like a nuisance/like I had hypochondria, and had my confidence stripped from under my feet. This is despite having a very complex connective tissue disorder diagnosed separately by two independent experts, one of whom was a top geneticist. Suffice to say, I lost my trust in GPs.
However, over the last two years, I have come to trust these doctors - and Shwan the pharmacist - wholeheartedly. No mean feat! Nothing is too much, the receptionists are kind and patient, and it's easy to get urgent appointments. The doctors let me ask questions and be involved in my own care, get me the referrals I need to get on track, and generally make me feel relaxed. Shwan has sorted out medication shortage issues several times and never makes me feel like I'm being a problem patient; the first time it happened, he talked me out of a panic attack, called me three times to make sure I was okay, and, during every subsequent incident, he has been incredibly patient. The nurses are similarly kind and patient.
Honestly, guys, I cannot fault you. You have been amazing and I'm so glad to be your patient!
I don’t appreciate having to ask a receptionist my results for a test, they are not trained and if I was on the point of needing treatment how would they know?
Nurse Jaz took my blood no pain no bruising excellent IF.
