I just call to make an appoinment a moment ago an the women who was at reception was rude and very unhelpfull.she didn't vad the patience to talk to me and when i wanted to check if all the informations are correct she hung up the phone.the most rude behaiviour i have ever seen, we are paying them to play with our lifes and they don't care about any patient. So many complains and still nobody does anything. This recepitionsts are above everything?no managers and no authority, really nobody wants to do nothing regarding this problem???because is becoming a real big problem.all because of some rude people who are beeing paid from our money money.SHAME SHAME SHAME that is all i can say.

This is a friendly and helpful practice, but slightly overstretched. It's particularly difficult to arrange a telephone appointment and there are often long waiting periods to see a GP. That aside, all the GPs that I've seen at this practice have been friendly, helpful and professional, and I've received very good care.

The system isn't always brilliantly organised - I've had appointments for blood tests where the GP forgot to tell the nurse what tests were required - and reception seems to be a touch understaffed and overworked. Everyone is very friendly and helpful though, and works together to deal with the occasional system hiccups.
