The doctors are good when you can get an appointment to see on. Last month the waiting time for an online appointment was almost 4 weeks. The practice needs to retrain many of the reception staff as they don't seem to realise they are employed to help patients, not hinder them.

Totally rude and out of control receptionists who seem to be under the impression that they decide who can and can't have an appointment. There is no practice manager and no one is supervising them, they behave as they like. I can't get an appointment to see a Dr and have been to Finchley memorial walk in centre as a result. They advise that they are accepting new patients despite the fact that they cannot provide existing patients with the care they need. A few of us registered there have got together and we will be writing to the senior partners to alert them to the failings of the surgery. I do not recommend this surgery at all.

You have to wait half an hour to get through to reception who are completely useless. A receptionist even cancelled my appointment- I was unable to see a doctor and was not able to get an appointment until the following month.

while it is a little difficult to get through to reception to make an appointment the quality of the doctors and nurses is excellent and caring.Nothing is too much for them and they are always happy to do what you suggest and refer on when necessary.I am very grateful for this and this is what the NHS is about. The nurses are also practical and helpful. So a very user friendly place

The receptionistis are very unprofessional. I have seen them being very rude to other patients and to me too. Especially, Lorraine Williams is one of the rudest and demanding receptionist there. She has refused in the past to talk and serve me. Also, there were several times that for booking an appointment on the phone the receptionists ask questions, treat you and make decisions like they are doctors. It is a shame that the receptionistis are so unprofessional while the Doctors and nurses are lovely - it is clear that they really care about you and try to find the best treatment and advice for you.
