Having bad axiety for 30years ,I've been with this practice for 40years,IAM disappointed that I cannot ever get to see my own doctor, sick of repeating my past seeing doctor's that don't no my history when Dr Yates does
This experience is wanting me not want to go.

Dr Fletcher seems to genuinely care about his patients and I believe him to be one of the best GPs around. All the doctors are of a high standard. The only issue with the practice seems to be a lack of people skills and adequet training for the receptionists. The younger receptionists are very good indeed and listen to what you say. I have been barked at a few times by one of the mature receptionists who with the degree of experience she must have is letting the practice down badly.

The receptionists are nothing but down right rude!!! their attitudes should be monitored more closely. The way they speak to people should not be allowed. The only reason I stay with this surgery is because of my Doctor, if my Doctor were not so good I would leave and the reason being would be the way the receptionists deal with people. Rude Rude Rude Rude!! it is that simple

ST Andrews Surgery is a surgent I would recommend for the following reasons
Accessibility
Receptionest high standard of telephone/face to face interaction

Dr Yates is just the best doctor ever so compassionate very down to earth and such a lovely lady to talk with unfortunately don't get chance to see her lately
Reception staff on the other hand are so rude can not give eye contact and a not so bothered nothing they can do tone of voice !
Collecting repeat prescriptions is never as straight forward as "repeat"
To give 5 stars is feedback toward Dr Yates anything else regarding st Andrews I would not recommend
