Lucky to be a patient at this surgery . Reception staff could be more helpful , can always get an appointment. Most of the doctors are brilliant and empathetic. There is one male doctor however , has no people skills , is dismissive, makes you feel like a time waster and can be very rude . I feel like other people and staff will know who I mean . Apart from this , couldn’t be happier. Been at the practice for 45 yrs !
An amazing G.P. Surgery Thank you!!
All the G.P.‘s and indeed all the staff have helped my family so much and are so efficient and always there for us all.
Extremely good surgery, offering online, phone or in person booking, with same day booking available, or advance appointments (excluding current Covid restrictions) We have been patients here for over 20 years and have been very well looked after by our chosen doctors.
Personable, professional doctors and nurses, helpful receptionists
Highly recommended
Really unhappy about this surgery. Although they have 3 late openings a week, only people with what they deem as 'emergency' problems are seen, meaning anyone who works and can't easily get time off are stuck. Running out of medication (admittedly, I should have organised myself better) doesn't count as an emergency in their eyes, so I'm now stuck with no medication and the unhelpful lady on reception was more interested in making snide comments about it being my fault than actually helping me.
My daughter had a very bad experience with this medical centre and ended up registering somewhere else.
It was a very distressing time in her life and she was not treated with the respect she deserved.
Real shame.
