I have had my operation since february 2020 and becouse of my health issues such as dangerously high bp and kidney trouble i needed a blood rest done around end of march but it is now june and i still havent had the bloods taken. This practice NEVER has decent receptionists and their phlebotomist is ALWAYS on sick leave. Its terrible. I am thinking of changing practice.
