Rude receptionists, always made to feel like you are putting them out. The paramedics are nice however the majority of doctors are rude and make you feel insignificant and unimportant. Not had any good experiences from this surgery over 3 years, so I will not go anymore rather suffer in silence.

The Practice has a very caring attitude and know many of their patients by name and although efficient do have a very good way with looking after their patients. They have a good routine with processing appointments although with the number of people that move into the area and previously the closure of Willen that has now re-opened many have stayed and Neath Hill practice changes it has been a tough time for them I am sure. But have been excellent and continue to be so.

I have been with Sovereign Medical centre for a long time. I appreciate the hard work that is undertaken in a professional yet friendly manor. Any treatment or medication suggested I feel confident with the choice that is decided. Very much feel a individual not a number and that I am listened to.
