I have been a patient with this surgery since I moved to Surrey and have always been extremely happy with ith service and care. They were extremely helpful when I came out of hospital after ♥ surgery and needed injections on a regular basis as my INR was not stable they were happy to assist me getting a district nurse visit.

I have been a patient at this surgery for 2.5 years and have received nothing but the highest professional service from all of the staff there. It is a friendly and efficient operation. I use their web site to renew my prescriptions and to book appointments. I am texted to confirm my appointment and then again just before it. My prescriptions renewals are sent electronically to the local Boots dispensary who also text me when they are ready to pick up. I think that this is an excellent surgery and feel grateful for being a patient there.

The service provided at Southview varies greatly. The doctors are pleasant and professional. The receptionists however, at times, can be quite curt and know little in the way of customer service. There seem to be issues with communication about repeat prescriptions each month, despite several telephone calls and explanations of what we need and sent where. We have also experienced problems with appointments this week, where having called to confirm, we arrived only to be told there was no appt. Luckily, they were able to book one for the next day but there was no apology for their error (it was their error as we have the appt slip confirming details of 1st appt, in the same handwriting as appt slip for 2nd). Politeness goes a long way, in any role.
