Today was my first trip to the surgery and Gracie could not have been more friendly and helpful and sorted me out quite quickly in the registration process. She also put me on the list for a call from the doctor - who called within the hour. Dr. Patel was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. He then provided me with a course of action to take and said to call back in 3 to 4 days if things hadn't improved and we'd have another conversation. He was very helpful. Thanks to both Dr. Patel and Gracie, it is much appreciated. Joe
