Went to the doctors and needed a blood test. Seemed like I would have to wait weeks from discussions with the receptionists. But a young man named HARRY passed by heard my plight and did it 15 minutes later! What a kind helpful chap he was. Thank you.

Just for your information, there are local phlebotomy clinics running via the Bromley GP Alliance now that the PRUH phlebotomy clinic has closed and it is relatively easy to get a quick appointment. I phoned the surgery today 24th May for an appointment and spoke to Kathy who told me all the appointments had been taken for Dr Collins for the morning. I found this a bit frustrating as I had tried since 8 to get through. I knew I needed to go on Patient Access but didn't know how to do it. It was such a relief when Kathy said she would help me over the phone. She was so kind and VERY patient and helped me through.
I now feel so relieved that I am finally on it thanks to Kathy.

I would like to thank and commend Kathy and Dr Collins. Both have gone “above and beyond” to help me, and have demonstrated great pragmatism and compassion while so doing. Really very kind and helpful, which is just what you need at times like these.

I was having problems getting access online, then I got a call from Kathy!

I had an appointment with Harry today for a blood test. I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to blood tests and he made me feel totally at ease. He had a very friendly manner and took my mind off what was happening. It was over before I even realised. One of the best ones ive had! Would highly reccomend him.
