I phoned the surgery today 24th May for an appointment and spoke to Kathy who told me all the appointments had been taken for Dr Collins for the morning. I found this a bit frustrating as I had tried since 8 to get through. I knew I needed to go on Patient Access but didn't know how to do it. It was such a relief when Kathy said she would help me over the phone. She was so kind and VERY patient and helped me through. I now feel so relieved that I am finally on it thanks to Kathy.
