The practice seemingly has no safeguarding policy and the doctors shout at the customers and lie about them. This could come out publicly in time.
Suggested improvements
A genuine safeguarding and complaints system not just shouting at customers to shut up and worse. Also none of their customers can get discharged at a weekend so a) a customer can’t see a doctor at a weekend so therefore can’t be ill and b) according to their policies can’t be well at the weekend because there are no discharges. They may end up in prison.
