Had the unfortunate experience to contact the surgery and speak to the receptionist who I found to be rude and unhelpful . Expected a call back from a Dr only to find out when I called the next day as to why I had not received the call that the receptionist had taken down my number incorrectly. I am sure they are trying hard to do a good job but not very well
