I had heard from family and family friends how satisfied and fortunate they felt in having access to such a consistently professional and efficient surgery. I am able to concur with all their high praise, having been personally helped recently with regard to receiving the Covid Jab when the relevant age category came up, whilst living with and caring for my mother. On the phone, email and on visiting the surgery, all staff were courteous, professional and efficient. First impressions are important and my favourable experiences assure me that this surgery is a valuable asset to the very fortunate community that benefits from the service provided.
Came in for my Covid-19 vaccine on 19 March 2021. The staff did a fantastic job of organising everyone, keeping a great flow of people through without creating any areas of stress. The nurses administering the jab were cheerful and friendly and I didn't even feel the needle. Great service from a great team in tricky times.
I visited the surgery on the 14th October, for an appointment with Caroline Milroy for a routine procedure, I have seen Caroline a number of times over the years, and feel I should inform the surgery how caring and understanding I find Caroline to be, I always feel slightly apprehensive visiting the surgery, but as soon as I see Caroline, she makes me feel at ease with a kind word and a smile, she offers reassurance and understanding, I feel as though if I had a medical problem on my mind, I could speak easily to Caroline, as she has a sensitive, warm-hearted manner, I recognise all the staff at Sonning Common Health Centre are doing a great job, especially at this very difficult time, but wish to show my upmost appreciation to Caroline for continuing to do an outstanding job.
Just wanted to say how well organised the flu clinic was today. Great service as always
I want to write a review,as I am leaving the practice after thirty odd years of living in Sonning Common, to live in Marlow on 21st September.
I want to say a huge thank you for the healthcare I have received over the years. I have seen several doctors over that period who have always been very helpful.
I particularly wish to say how grateful I am to Dr Shams. I have never forgotten her kindness and care, when my husband Dave died quite suddenly from cancer of the lungs three years ago.
Her compassion to him, myself and my family, went beyond the norm as she even followed up for quite a while after he died to see if I was ok.
