This surgery needs to have at least 2 to 3 phones in the reception desk, I am disgusted that all the time I want to book an appointment the phone is always bloody busy. And when it comes up to 9am its usually to book an appointment because they would say call again tomorrow before nine. What for so I dial the number for an hour with phone busy and when it does ring the one picks up. Stop chatting about other patients or doctors and concentrate on your bloody work. I suggestion a change of receptionist because a few have communication problems and it seems their not bothered about anyone. Why call me to book an appointment with a doctor just to discuss my meds? Why can't doctors call me personally in the first place. What if I had a procedure done and can't move from home, because my surgeon told me have a full recovery. Why can't doctors do home visits? For local patients instead of us wasting our precious time where no one id bothered to answer that phone? Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reception staff very dismissive and uninterested. Doctor experience was average I am pleased with my repeat prescription service, always made aware of review and items done before the forty eight hour turnover, very impressed.

At 8 am the telephone is constantly engaged and very difficult to make the appointment. At least 2 access numbers for the receptionist would be helpful.

I called this surgery to request a prescription for hayfever and missed the call back. When I called back later than the Allowed/Allocated time I was told I would not be dealt with either by phone or in person to be able to receive a prescription. I was further advised to go to a pharmacy and buy the medication even though it is not available at pharmacies (If it was I would not need the appalling service I received). Sadly this surgery is only of any use to people who do not work and can sit on their phones to wait for a call back

I was trying to be seen by gp for 2 weeks now as I have bad infection and medication over the counter isn't helping. I'm unwell for 4 weeks now. Avery time you call them the line is busy. Today I was trying to call them 39 times from 8 am in the morning and managed to get hold of them just before 10 and again was told call tomorrow because all fully booked. Tried explaining to receptionist but no use... you can die like this before you will be checked... never again!!!!!
