It was a real pleasure to be seen by Olivia today, for the purpose of my Lung Function test, as well as a Flu injection. Olivia, was extremely helpful, explaining, to me, step by step of the test process. I found her very competent, friendly, and encouraging. It was also my first time for a Flu injection, which Olivia, administered painlessly.
Well done Olivia and Thank-you.
