The receptionist staff are always friendly, the doctors are helpful and professional.

The surgery is housed in a modern, recently extended building. The interior is clean, fresh and bright, although the waiting room could do with a little more fresh air! The reception staff are polite and helpful. You can usually get to see a random doctor the same day, or a specific doctor within two or three days. My one concern is regarding calling me for annual checkups for my chronic condition. In the years that I have been a patient, the "annual" checkups are always arranged late, after longer than 12 months. Last year I had to contact the surgery to remind them that I needed to be called for a checkup.
