The staff members are caring and polite. The nurse is kind and efficient too. And the doctors are both lovely.
I have always been treated with respect and courtesy
by the nurses, receptionists and G.P.s at this surgery.
As with all phone call experiences, there will perhaps be
some difficulty getting through to the surgery number,
at certain times.
Having being well and properly diagnosed by my G.P. ,
I have been given all necessary tests, treatments
at the best Imperial College Healthcare N.H.S Trust Hospitals
I have nothing but praise for Soho Square Surgery.
Friendly reception staff, but there are different practices operating from the same office, and I still don't know which receptionists are for which doctors. In 2009 I phoned up for an appointment and was given an appointment with a different practice in the same building, but the receptionists didn't realise I wasn't registered with the practice until I turned up.
Both nurses I have met have been perfectly civil, but the tiniest bit condescending. To be honest I'd prefer to talk to the GP, who doesn't make me feel stupid if I ask a dumb question. I went to get my ear syringed and instead of doing it, the nurse spent ages telling me exactly why she wasn't going to do it (the inference being that I was an ignorant fool to ask her). It might have been more constructive if she had explained how to avoid earwax build-up, which is what the GP did.
