I am amazed at the fantastic service this practice offers. The respect, helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff is beyond compare in the NHS. Twice since joining this practice I've needed an appointment at short notice and both times, without question I've been found a slot. The doctor I saw was absolutely lovely and sympathetic.

Based on the experiences of family and friends at other GP surgeries, this has to be one of the best in the country! It is easy to make an appointment, quite often being seen on the same day for non-emergencies. The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable and do their best to fit you in when and with whom you request. It is a patient-led surgery where the GPs and nursing staff provide an excellent service and take whatever time is necessary to address your concerns and provide a solution. In summary, the surgery is a friendly, welcoming place to visit where you know you will be treated with respect and understanding by people who have the knowledge to deal with your medical problem.

I moved into the area only 3-months ago and having registered with a new practice for the first time in 30-years I am delighted with what I find. This is a modern practice with non-medical staff who demonstrate that they have the right attitude. Obviously this is no accident, they have been trained properly and work together as a professional team. So far I have seen a phlebotomist and one doctor and they were both lovely to deal with. This practice is far better than the one I came from which better remain nameless here.

The whole family have been under Smallfield surgery for 25 years plus, they are wonderful, great staff, nice clean practise, appointments available quickly if needed. All the doctors are kind & caring and do their very best. We praise all the staff & feel very blessed and privileged to have such a great surgery in the village. It is ran well, the team work so well together.
