I cannot understand why this has 4 stars here, I would urge anyone to read the reviews elsewhere ( try searching on google) as this surgery is flooded with 1 star reviews. Rude and incompetent staff and impossible to book an appointment. I didnt know a gp surgery could frustrate me this much. Please do not go here

The doctor didn’t prescribe any medication when I clearly have had a flu for the last two weeks. Appalling service, you often cannot get an appointment and when you do, you’re required to wait a long time to get seen for 2 minutes only to be told that you should avoid hot or too cold food.

My today's experience with surgery was pleasant.Reception to the doctor everything was satisfactory. Infect last week i had my appointment on 28th of April 2017 that was worst experience which made me to re-book my appointment. The receptionist wasn't willing to change my home address and Dr Shakoor i don't understand how she become a doctor who does't know how to deal with a patient.She doesn't listen to the patient and talks too low that nobody can understand whats she is talking about. she advised me for stool test but didn't explain anything about it so i made appointment with Dr Stefanova again and she explained my laboratory reports clearly and referred me again for more tests. she also gave me container for stool test and explain what to write on it. and receptionist (Nighat) was very nice she instantly gave me form to change my home address which i filled out there that was good experience
