I saw Dr James this morning. I rang at 8am receptionist/care navigator was lovely kind and listened to my concerns. Booked a face to face appointment with Dr James who was excellent. They listened to me as I described my symptoms and concerns. Prescribed treatment. I was booked to have ECG too. ECG was carried out straight after seeing Dr James. Xiao did my ecg they were kind and friendly explained everything. Thankyou SMG excellent service today

I have now had 2 telephone consultations with Dr Lata. I would like to say how amazing Dr Lata was. I felt listened too and had time say exactly how I was feeling. We discussed my symptoms and decided on a plan together. This Dr was in my opinion professional, knowledgeable, kind courteous and really understanding. Thankyou so much Dr Lata As for the system of actually getting those appointments. We'll SMG really need to review the system. Closing askmygp at 8.30 am on 2 consecutive days. This is quite common practice it happens most weeks. There are better systems I'm sure.

Really difficult to get any kind of appointment if you work . I put a request in via ask my Gp requested a call back during my lunch break or an email . No reply came no call back. I had to resort to calling the surgery to be told i would not get a call with any Gp in a lunch break as they cannot offer such a small time frame to call. I advised i am a really busy nurse and i cannot just take a phone call at any time . Was still told nothing they could so. Really disappointed with the attitude of receptionist. Poor service

At teh surgery i work at we can advise of a time frame the Gp can call patient back

HEALTH REVIEW APT AT 2.50PM... THE RECEPTIONIST ( VERY RUDE) SAID I WAS SENT A TEXT AT 12.20PM TO CANCEL DUE TO SHORT STAFFING .. NO TEXT RECEIVED, STILL NOTHING AT 16.00.. I HAD TO BOOK A DAY OFF WORK, USE LOCAL BUS . NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY, .USELESS..
