Response time from this GP has gone down hill over the past couple of years. Lack of resources means getting through to, and obtaining a timely appointment is becoming increasingly difficult (long since before COVID times, this has only amplified the issue) and lack of attention from certain reception staff means that actions don't happen correctly leaving patients high and dry.

Suggested improvements
More resources, especially early mornings when the phone queue is huge. Better training for staff so that actions are done and patients receiving the care they deserve.
