First time at the surgery for me!! Managed to get a same day appointment a week after I started trying!! As soon as I went in the Dr. coudn't wait for me to get out!! Didn't really listen to anything I said!! Got in at 1025 was indoors at 1035!!! Don't usually go to the doctors, only when really necessary, so I expected to at least be taken seriously when I do go!! Vey disappointed!! Will look to see if there's another one I can go to in the future! Can't be any worse!!!

There's certainly a lot of room for improvement here. perhaps the Drs could update their knowledge and skills and get with the real world! Takes two weeks to be seen by a GP by which time it's too late. I'd seriously advise anyone to go elsewhere to a more up-to-date and friendly practice.

I am appalled at how slow, archaic and completely inflexible this surgery's appointment process is. Are we living in the 18th century as it appears so with this group. My Mother is quite an infrequent user but when she does attempt to opbtain an appointment it's typically running around 7-10 days just for a genral appointment and that's NOT for a specific doctor!....it's time to shake up the individuals who are running this archaic system
