I have been trying for a week to get through to the surgery, for 4 days running now I have held on with the recording saying “ your call is very important to us, please hold” and after 30 minutes of holding on, you get cut off!!! This is just a total disgrace, do you actually have any receptionist who should be answering the phone?

You could do better by having someone answer your phones! If patients aren’t allowed to come to the surgery, how are we expected to get an appointment if you don’t answer the phone? On your question above ‘WAS THE SURGERY CLEAN’ I can’t answer that question as I can’t get through to anyone who can let me in!

Absolute disgrace this surgery is been phoning all last week for important tablets just putting the phone down on me Need a prescription for my son they keep saying the medication is available when it isent This doctors needs some new staff surely

I am fed up of dropping a prescription in and ticking all the boxes of all the tablets that I need and then going to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and there's always one item that the doctors have not put through so then I have to phone them up and they have to do another prescription to send through to the pharmacy why can't they do it all on one prescription how hard is it it's not like they have to write them out it all printed off for them

My Mum finds it impossible to ever get an appointment at this surgery, despite there never being anyone in there waiting for their appointments. I rang to register a complaint and was told that the practice manager would call me back. This never happened. They seem to think they can get away with just ignoring everyone without consequences.

I attended the Surgery at 1255 hrs Wednesday 16 October 2019 for my flu vaccinations. I was greeted by about 50 very noisy persons already in the waiting area. It was chaos. Outside was a notice that there were unfortunately limited vaccines.I am aware that is not the teams fault by a supply issue. However the present arrangement of telling everyone to come between 1pm and 4pm is madness. I made a hasty retreat think of all the germs floating around infecting other people. Surely a better system could be found. Have no idea when I will get my flu jab?
