new to area, spent 3/4 of an hour just ringing constantly,145 times before able to
speak
to receptionist, this was starting immediately at 8.0am
Surely there must be a more efficient way in this day and age to manage your
appointment system

Hi I came to your Dr's for my jab and one of the girls working there over heard me talking and this women went back and told my job that I was talking about them she shouldn't of been allowed to say anything. I be ringing up Dr's Monday thank you

After booking a appointment and being given one this morning 3/12/18 at 8 20 I arrived and was told by a very rude receptioist that my appointment was tomorrow so I informed her that I was in fact told it was today and had a appointment slip to prove it at home . Her response was that I was that I should prove it as she obviously thought I was lying , so I drove home and returned with the slip and asked to see the practice manager who flatly refused to see me today and said I would have to come back tomorrow . After 60 years with this practice I will now be seeking another for my health care and hopefully one that admits there mystakes and courteouslying puts them right .

Terrible service and totally disgusted at my GP rolling her eyes and tutting at me when trying to explain my concerns after having chronic pain for over a year that my surgery have paid very little attention to. I even asked my husband to come to my most recent appointment so he could witnessthe behaviour of some of the doctors in this surgery. Given the GP I saw is meant to be the one who deals withpeople with mental health problems I would have expected this doctor to have been far more compassionate towards the ongoing health problems I have had making my life miserable and painful.
