The surgery is the best I have been signed up to get an appointment. My previous surgery was always booked up for needs and could not get through on the phone. The nurse I saw today was lovely 7 hours highly recommend.
Suggested improvements
Maybe freshman up in terms of decorating but that all I can think of. The service is great!

We got served straight away and all answers given.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we cannot allow patients to be 15 minutes late for appointments as that would make clinics over run and would mean that patients attending on time will be seen late. We do allow 5 minutes.
