I went in for a blood test and not being a great lover of needles was delighted with the caring way Jan dealt with me. She, along with Sandra from reception were very caring and sympathetic and the whole procedure was painless! In this day and age it is wonderful not to feel ‘rushed’ and I think we shared similar symptoms (but in a good way) I will follow her advice and fingers crossed for my results on Friday . Thanks again Graham
