I believe the seven dials medical centre needs a female doctor(s) .
It is incredible that a practice can exist without offering a service of both female and male doctors ..if not illegal surely it is not ethical .
The service I received at the Seven Dials medical Centre reception 0n the 02/12/21 was outstanding. I came in for a flu jab but also had a myriad of questions and enquiries relating to other medical matters that were pending and I that had neglected to take action on because of freelance work commitments. The receptionist took everything in her stride and managed both my flustered state misquoted departments and general disarray with calm aplomb. She answered every question and very competently managed my pending appointments for blood tests to the point where I am fully up to date and all my prescriptions were filled. Great service and all done with a smile and good humour. So a big thank you to her and all the staff who I came in contact with, fast efficient. Extra thanks to the nurse who administered the injections painlessly again with a marvellous chair side manner. Best Patrick
My brother recently died of prostate cancer and therefore I'm in a high risk group as this disease is genetic and runs in families. After trying three times to use the telephone booking service with the Seven Dials Medical Centre, it has unfortunately proved impossible for me to book a simple blood test to check if I'm OK. The robot voice kept telling me that no appointments were available. The blood test is called a PSA test and only take two minutes. My brother needed months of chemo and radio-therapy that must have cost the NHS thousands of pounds before his untimely death. His treatment took many hours of clinician's time and weeks in hospital too. What happened to the concept of preventative medicine?
Recently had a number of phone consultations with Dr Sadler and he did his very best to help identify my pain. I had an x ray and was prescribed medication. Appropriate advice was given considering my condition was difficult to diagnose. I appreciate that Dr Sadler suggested physiotherapy but I am seeing a specialist for a diagnosis before continuing exercises. Dr Sadler is an excellent GP and always offers good advice.
I have been with the surgery for a number of years, and have found the care excellent. My family has always been well-treated, with competent and caring management of everything from in-house treatments to referrals.
Same-day automated booking by telephone or website is efficient and easy, and it worked really well even during lockdown.
I could not imagine going anywhere else.
