I was impressed that the practice nurse Sylvia had noticed I needed a check on my blood pressure as I am being treated for hypertension. After two high readings Sylvia arranged for me to see a doctor on the same day. Dr Torbati prescribed additional tablets to deal with my high blood pressure and I left the surgery feeling very confident I was being well looked after. I also recently had a text reminder about an injection I needed as I have no spleen. Communication is excellent with the use of texting and the reception team are very helpful and friendly.
