The care received from all the staff at this practice but especially the nurses on recent visits has been exceptional. I would like to thank them for managing to fit in appointments when an emergency situation presented itself a week and a half before our holiday. Additionally they put my mind at ease when I was worried about my ability to continue the care for my daughter whilst we were away. They made a very stressful time so much easier to handle. I would add that I find this practice easy to visit and they are always caring.

This is amazing practice, I have never failed to get an appointment when needed and this morning was squeezed into see Dr trompetas even running on a tight schedule he is so patient and kind, an inspiration to new doctors

I had an appointment with Nicki Pursey and she was amazing, friendly and helpful and also the GP i saw last time was really helpful. I would go back to the surgery again but think the recetiopnists need to be more friendly in person and on the phone. Thanks for all your help on the day.

I can highly recommend Selsdon Park Medical centre to anyone looking for a GP surgery in the area. I have been with the surgery for approximately 17 years and have always found it easy to get an appointment the same day in an emergency, the receptionists are polite and friendly and the environment is always clean and tidy. I have always found the GP's to be welcoming, polite and ready to listen to why I had come to see them. I have never felt pressured with time and have been referred for specialist opinions and investigations when it has been appropriate. I have recently been diagnosed with a blood cancer and this was diagnosed at an early stage due to the GP at the time noticing a slight increase in my white cells at a routine blood screening and then phoning me at home and discussing my case with a specialist at Croydon University hospital. I am extremely grateful for the speedy response at that time and as an ex health professional am not sure I would have got that level of response elsewhere. over the past few years my wife was very ill with cancer and the level of care was excellent with one of the GP's being allocated as care coordinator and phoning us at home also attending joint meetings that was held at our house with Royal Marsden hospital and Macmillan nurses.
