A great practice, both Dr's are empathic and compassionate and aware of ongoing issues when you attend. It is wonderful is this day and age to be seen by the same Dr and for them to know more than just what's on the screen. More often than not the waiting time is brief and on the odd occasions you have to wait it is forgivable as they are obviously busy. Getting emergency appointments can be difficult on the day as the line is often gridlocked when they open at 9am although they always seem to accommodate and make space when needed and especially for my children. The staff are both helpful and welcoming throughout the practice.

Advanced appointment made on-line with my selected GP (Dr H Lewis). 10min delay (acceptable) in seeing her. Great care. Satisfactory visit all round.

Please continue to make patients feel welcome to use the services you offer - there is nothing worse than feeling that the receptionists are gatekeepers and that you should not ask for the doctors time - I have experienced this in the past and your surgery is the best I have ever experienced. Thank you.

My GP at this practice is the best GP I have ever been under the care of. She is friendly and approachable but always professional and thorough. As with probably most surgeries it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment to suit you and other life commitments but I have always been offered and received telephone appointments if I think I need urgent attention, which then allows the GP to make a decision as to whether she needs to see you or not. This is a great practice, clean & tidy and friendly staff. Only downside is the car park is quite small.
