In my experience this is a very caring surgery and once you have a problem and finally get an appointment the communication is good During covid I have seen one doctor face to face and had 4 telephone consultations from 2 other doctors and they have been respectful and listened. The skill mix works too

With current problems about Covid I don’t think you could have done better
