Appalling level of service. Spend most of the day on the phone in a queue. Crazy policies regarding making appointments with doctors, even for a phone consultation. Just get excuse after excuse from them.

Better management would help Better processes needed Better call handling system required!!!

First visit. Ongoing medical needs progressed, referral to cardiologist and eye doctor. Immediate medical needs processed with follow up appointments. Courteous and pleasant doctor. Receptionist was pleasant. Lovely roomy surgery

Based on my initial experience, nothing. Far better than my previous surgery in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex
