I've been registered here 47 years. Now I'm approaching old age, it terrifies me, how difficult it is to make an appointment. Today, after trying to get through to appointments since 8 30am, someone eventually answered about 2 15pm. I asked for an appointment this week, but was told I'd have to phone again tomorrow morning! The operator also suggested I 'popped' into the surgery to make an appointment - laughable - as there is so little parking at both surgeries...... Very sad to see deterioration of what was once an excellent
