In the event I should need an appointment urgently I will be given it and if my need can wait, I can always make an appointment for the following week.

The loud horrible music in the waiting area is terrible. I think it should be quiet in the waiting room, people are there because they are ill, not at a party. If it is absolutely necessary to have a back ground noise, it should be quiet soothing music, not rap or other such rubbish and not as loud. Lincs FM plays dreadful music, if, indeed it could be called music.
