School House Surgery

Often late, with no apology for this. It is quite often that as a patient, you book a early appointment only to see he Doctor arrive after you. Quite disheartening. The receptionist team, though friendly, do not offer an apology or expectation for how late you will be seen. The care itself if mixed. A recent visit with a local identified that actions agreed with the GP at a previous appointment had not been completed and as a result, my care had been significantly delayed. What may seem trivial to the GP, have a real affect on me as a patient and sometimes symptoms are shrugged off. If it was not for mobility, I would move practice.

I attended an appointment with both both practice nurses , Alison & Hannah yesterday . It was an uncomfortable procedure which I had had in the past . At my last surgery I was in a great deal of pain during and after the procedure , however , yesterday all I can say is that both nurses were extremely caring , gentle and kept me informed and comfortable throughout . I have had very little pain since . Fantastic care and I advise anyone needing healthcare in Brighton to seek it within either site of Allied Medical Practice . The care and treatment is second to none , including the reception staff who do absolutely everything they can to help you . Thank you to everyone at both surgeries .
