Often late, with no apology for this. It is quite often that as a patient, you book a early appointment only to see he Doctor arrive after you. Quite disheartening.
The receptionist team, though friendly, do not offer an apology or expectation for how late you will be seen.
The care itself if mixed. A recent visit with a local identified that actions agreed with the GP at a previous appointment had not been completed and as a result, my care had been significantly delayed. What may seem trivial to the GP, have a real affect on me as a patient and sometimes symptoms are shrugged off.
If it was not for mobility, I would move practice.
