I am always happy with the service that is provided by the Receptionists and the GP's. However, it is getting more and more difficult to get an appointment without having to wait for weeks. I tried to call to make an appointment and enquire about test result this morning and the line has been constantly engaged from 09.00 am up until 11.00am so far. I understand that this is an issue about resources and hope that this will be addressed urgently.
