I was advised by mail to contact the surgery to make a routine appointment with the diabetic nurse. The letter continued `unfortunately we have been unable to contact you by phone`. Seemingly when your surgery rings me and my answering machine responds with a request for a message to be left you just hang up leaving no message. You also don't show an identifying number when you ring and I like many others never answer calls that show no identity, in fact elderly people are advised not to. Perhaps you could change this policy. Roy Bilton

It was very easy to get an appointment. Dr swales made us feel very relaxed and comfortable made jokes and was serious when needed to be
