I never have an issue getting an appointment whether for myself or for my children. They are always more than happy to see us and are very patient and understanding. I am never made to feel like anything is too minor.
Not all staff but most r not of very nice manner, make u feel small,as if u lack any knowledge show no consideration in ure needs and show no emotion or thoughts in each patients enquiry, and how some things patient calling about is of doctors opinion phone staff r not qualified in anyway medically at before my experiences have not always been of this nature have had few helpful and been obliged but recently and today totally horrible sometimes don’t want to call feel my mental health affected
It’s almost impossible to get an appointment without standing outside for almost 30 minutes. I have stood for 20 minutes only to be told no appointment left come back tomorrow and go through the process again . NHS Scotland is broken
It took me an hour and three minutes and 268 calls to finally get through to reception this morning only to be told advance appointments are for 3/4 weeks ahead and no on the day appointments, only emergency appointments available. Told to phone back tomorrow to join the appointment lottery for an on the day appointment. This really isn't good enough but apparently that's just how it is. No wonder people clog up A&E and why their waiting times are not being met. Seriously need to revamp your appointment system...who's my MP?
4 weeks for an appointment, 2 and a half weeks for an advice call.
Receptionists not all of them but some are so abrupt with a no care attitude on the phone and face to face I actually walked out crying the way they made me feel.
Phone lines are shocking always getting cut off.
Fax machines are down to, my councelr had to email me her report for me to print off and hand in urging it's importance on the Monday. Phoned every day its now Friday and doctor hasent even read it.
I really seriously think this surgery needs to be looked at.
