The Sackville medical centre can be split into two parts the first part being the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get through to the most unhelpful reception
Everytime our family call we are always re-trying due to the phone always being engaged and when you finally get through usually after 10-20 mins you get told there are no appointments. Weather it's 9am or 1 am or 3 am there's never an appointment.
The receptionist are no help what so ever even when it's an appointment for children there is never any assistance or effort to try and squeeze them in its a shambles.
But once you do get an appointment 8/10 times the doctors are very helpful except from doctor ahmad
