My wife this year has had a very challenging year. After a missed call appointment from the surgery then an incorrect diagnosis. She had to to to A/E ( not Covid related) she was in hospital for nearly 3 weeks and had a major operation. Recently she phoned to get a flu jab as a result of her health this year as she has had her name down for weeks. The receptionist was unhelpful . So disappointing. Other surgeries that friends are going to are getting flu jabs without any problems . We will be moving as we can’t believe how poor their public service is now.

Phoned my wife and honour her appointment. Book her in for a flu jab without any Agro from reception , without making her wait for weeks and weeks. Surely she should have been a priority.

told by recepionist to get bloods done in lochee that is so far away fron my home so i checked and was told by our nurse i could go to a a hub closer same treatmement and the nurse at maryfield was so kind as is nurseing staff at rhyhill it is the ignorance of receptionist who she thinks owns rhyhill even when i phoned to check what blood what bloods i needed done and reception woman said you will need to make an oppointment with lochee to have it done as i told her wtice i had a n oppointment with maryfield hub and she still said lochee well no my bloods were done at maryfield hub what has this ignorant dictating woman not understand we have rights our docters are great just this ignorant woman i have never done reviews to run this practice run down but old recceptionist were a lot better the new one is nasty and dictating as i said docters and nurses are great but this woman is totaly rude attitude whic other recptionist see and could follow her attitude i have been a pationt with them sice 1974 and have never hada problem till recently

Absolute disgrace of a surgery! I have been with Ryehill since 1995 and the changes are astounding! This surgery has gone from being one which centred around excellence to being a surgery full of ignorant, cheeky, judgemental receptionists, rubbish,unfriendly,patronising and cold doctors and a practice manager in hiding! Dr Ogilvie remains a good doctor, Marcella a friendly receptionist and the nurses,kind. I have now moved because I was sick and tired of lost prescriptions, ignorant receptionists and indifferent medical staff. Dr Hamish MacCowan would be disgusted to see this utter shambolic,hostile environment

Tried to register as a new patient. They took all our medical forms but lost them. Was told on the the phone ‘a doctor might have taken them home by accident’. How does this comply with data protection?

They won't give you an appointment. Since 3 days ago I am feeling sick, headache, throat really painfully, fever feeling. I try by all the ways to get an appointment but instead of that They call me to tell me (without seen myself) that I should take ibu, para and liquids. Today I woke up and I am having fever, headache and throat plates. They are not giving me an appointment even in that case. Really bad service, bad quality, receptionist doesn't care about you and your problems. I am sure they won't be able to help you on anything.
