I went to this surgery as I was by it and my 2 year old son had bumped his ear and head which had immediately briised and swelled, he has Noonan syndrome and can have issues with bruising, bleeding and clotting because of his condition, after getting me to fill out a temporary care slip so they could see him they then refused to and told me to go to my own gp, not caring if I drove or needed to walk or how I would get there. I found my whole visit to be a disappointment and left me feeling helpless!
