Worst Drs office ever. Receptionists are rude, cold and bland. Dr Yann is unfeeling and robotic. So many administrative hoops to jump through to get seen by someone. Avoid.

Truly awful and I’ve worked in the NHS over 40 years.

Be courteous and explain why the appointment system is so difficult and stressful for the patients.
