Always very easy to get through on the telephone, never have to wait too long. Unfortunately for me but I do visit the surgery a lot, I mean a real lot as I have many conditions and disabilities. All the doctors and nurses are wonderful. Completely listen to you, and what you want or need. Fully discuss it thoroughly to the end of subject. Never rush you out. Receptionist lovely kind, caring and not loud or bossy like other surgeries I've been too in the past. Perhaps change the depressing classical music it's like someone has died, either nothing or some light music in between classical and every day music easy listen to type like West End Shows musicals, that people know or even a chat radio programme middle of the road not political etc. the music at the moment is awful. Magazines need updating a bit chuck out old tatty ones. Ask patients to bring in their read ones. Love the library idea. Nice.

I would like the waiting time to be shorter. Whenever I have been I have had to wait for 40mins-1.5hrs gone my appointment time. I have been see quite quickly the last couple of times though

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Katy, the nurse, is the only person that has truly listened and understood my PCOS and I've made some great changes to my lifestyle with her help. Dr Healy was unbelievably fantastic at the beginning of this year, I can't thank her enough. All GPs are thorough and take time to listen. I cannot fault the service all of you provide, and I'm really grateful!

Rowe Avenue Surgery is helpful and friendly. This includes the Doctors, Phlebotomists, Nurses and Receptionists, they are attentive to our needs and attempt to arrange appointments at desired times/days. If you require an emergency appointment, every attempt is made to fulfil this request, or you receive a telephone appointment from a Doctor, and, if required are asked to pop down for a Doctor to look at you. Any medications are quickly dispersed and, often, delivered to your door in conjunction with the local pharmacy. Overall, this practice is the best we have ever come across and hope that they thrive in the future. We would highly recommend this surgery to others.

I found getting an appointment easy, and liked the system where a doctor phones you to discuss your concerns - sometimes they can be resolved without a visit to the surgery, which save time and effort for me, and frees up time for someone who really does need to personally see a doctor
